Excellent service spent 4 nights here and was extremely well looked after. Food was excellent and you could tell every meal was made fresh. Special mention to Lewis & Freya I was made to feel very welcome and I thank you personally for the great service
Have been on a few occasions since 2019 and feel that although the hotel is decent, the rooms do require some maintenance from worn out carpets to re-grouting the showers. The hotel doesn’t feel as premium as it used to feel with even the Food and Beverage offerings not quite what they used to be. Service overall was decent. From a cost perspective, this can be on par with a busy premier inn, which at this current time, IMHO, I would probably choose over the Mour.
We visited to charge our car at the Tesla chargers in the car park. Whilst there, my dad wanted a cuppa and a sandwich. He ended up having his most expensive sandwich ever, at £15. It was a club sandwich and he thought it was very good in the end. The facilities were very clean and looked premier. Great Tesla chargers
Really beautiful place, the rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel itself looks amazing. However....... The bed was that hard, that we had to check out early as we couldn't sleep on the bed. That is the only thing that let it down. After checking out at 3am I didn't even get an apology.
Super slick from the outside, showing a few signs of wear & tear on the inside. Worn carpets here and there and torn seats in the bar area. Staff always nice, and free parking and WiFi which is rare at hotels. Was a decent price and would recommend as its out of the city so not much noise both inside and out
Lovely showers and bed, helpful service. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive. Only pain points are no fridge in room, and power socket so far away from bed. Good for business trip to Sherwood business park.
Lovely clean rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the M1 for getting to Nottingham in 15 mins.
Hotel was a random find and we had no knowledge of the area before booking. The hotel itself is great. The room are well appointed and extremely clean, especially the bathroom. High quality towels and the bed was great. The location is away from most places, nowhere to walk to for food. You can rely on takeaway or the hotel restaurant. I only used the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, buffet style. Only thing of note was the sausages. Strange tasting and extremely solid, edible, but not good. Everything else was great, especially the bacon. All in all I will visit again.
